Oakley's Hollidays :)

Halloween was Oakley's first holliday! She was a cute little ladybug, and we loved it! she on the other hand was only three months old and didnt know what the heck was going on.. Next year she will have just turned one and it will be so much more fun for all of us.. cant wait!
Thanksgiving is Oakley's second holliday.. and not quite four months old.. she still has no idea what is going on. For Thanksgiving we had breakfast over at the Bealers house. Then we are going to Milford to have Thanksgiving dinner with the WHOLE Bealer family! WE LOVE THANKSGIVING!
More of Oakley's Three month pics... She is now almost four months old so we will be updating soon! Oakley had a great third month of life... she learned how to laugh, express her self and even gained a little bit of an attitude. She is the sweetest blessing in our lives and we can't imagine life with out her.
~enjoy every second, love like you never have before, and always remember the beautiful moments~

Oakley's milestones<3

Oakley was born three weeks early so she was very tiny and sleepy... she pretty much slept non stop for the first month:)
First social smile: 1 1/2 months old.
I was smiling and talking to Oakley working very hard for her first real smile and she finally gave it up! It was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen and yes... I did cry:) She was very stubborn with her smiles for the a few weeks and would only give them up for mom. Now she smiles to anyone and anything all the time. She is the happiest smiliest cutest sweetest baby ever!
Holds head up all by her self: about 2 months
She is getting so strong. She can hold her head up when she is sitting on our laps, lifts head up off my shoulder when holding her, and holds her head up when she is on her belly.
Coo Coo Coo talk talk talk: 2 months
w
hat a little gabber we have and what a cute voice! She seems to have so much to say... and when we talk to her she will have a full conversation with us in her sweet little language:)
Mama's Girl: 2-3 months
O
akley LOVESSSS her Mama! She also knows when Mama is not holding her and lets everyone know that she wants her Mama back... She is pretty good with other people as long as she is not hungry or tired.. but if she is, then you better let her have her Mommy.
Oakley knows her name: 3 months
Cutest thing! When someone says her name she will look up and find whoever is saying her name:) what a sweetie!
Oakley LAUGHS:3 months
YAY!
She is laughing! and it is so cute... We had to work very hard for it at first and for a little bit it was just a little giggle.. but now it is a full on laugh. She thinks that mommy and daddy are pretty dang funny! oh we love her!

Poky visit with a little bit of crazy

So we drove to poky at 12:00 am thursday night/friday morning and got there at six. My Mom's house flooded and all the carpet and tile were ripped out and the smell was HORRIBLE. Oakley and I both reacted with allergies and coughs, so Oakley, Mom, and I went to stay at the Mennears while Eric stayed at my Mom's with Kenny. It as awesome to spend time with the Mennears and we appreciate their hospitality and sweetness, but it was kindof sad too because I didnt get to spend as much time with my Bro and Eric as I wanted :(. Oakley was also pretty fussy and not feeling to well the whole weekend so that made it a little bit tuff too. This morning we got up and went to 9am church then ate and headed back to Cedar. We got to Maccammon before we decied that it wasn't a good idea to keep going. The weather is horrible, the roads are covered and we did not even want to know what the Malad pass was about to bring us.... SO we turned around and back in Poky we are. Eric will have to miss work in the morning and probably most of school. I guess we will see what tomorrow early morning will bring us. WISH US LUCK:)

Brave Mom

Eric and I went to dinner at the Garden House and left Oakley with Mitch and Sherilee... It was a huge step for me because that was the first time I left her and I'm one of those crazy frantic first time Moms who doesnt like to leave her baby. I did cry for just a minute but got over it and Eric and I had a great time. Oakley did great with Grandma and Grandpa and dinner was AMAZING! P.S I just had to add this CUTE picture of my amazingly beautiful daughter!
